Remodel Works Bath & KitchenKitchen remodel started November 9th, 2020 and was scheduled for six weeks. They finished early, which was a major plus. From the first phone call to the last day of the project, Remodel Works was highly engaged and supportive. For instance, we wanted a new Kitchen but did not have an idea of what to do. John De Luca designed a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Ryan the project manager was straight forward, communicated well and got the job on time. Our new kitchen has made it the center of our house. Prior to the remodel, the family would seldom utilize the Kitchen unless it was for cooking. Now it has become the hub our home. Friends and family are amazed at our new kitchen. We constantly receive positive feedback about the design and color schemes. The unit above me had a leak in their shower which came through my shower ceiling, I needed post pluming repair drywall and repainting of the ceiling. The work was done in a timely fashion and turned out great, you can’t tell the hole was ever there. He also redid a small area of drywall in my living room that was done years ago but looked awful, he did some texturing etc and painting, needless to say it looks much better now.- Joyce B.

Chism Brothers PaintingThis was a wonderful company from start to finish. I needed the exterior of my home painted. Mike Chism came out for the estimate. He was on time, professional, and quick. He explained a lot about the different paints for my exterior type and offered suggestions for someone to do some repair work. That company was great. I received a fair quote from Mike and scheduled the work that would last four days. I emailed and spoke with the office manager, Carolyn, a few times and she was very polite, professional, and on the ball. She sent me Gorge as my project manager. What an incredible worker. He showed up on time and ready to work. He went over the job with me first and answered all my questions. Gorge was on time every day and let me know what he was going to be doing that day. I really liked his communication and the effort he put into his work. He checked with me regularly to make sure I was satisfied with how everything was progressing. He was very meticulous and experienced, and he managed his workers very well. They seemed to like working for him. When they were done they cleaned everything up so it was all neat. Handy Manny TodayWe are very please with the work that Manny and his crew did for us. Manny was meticulous during the the walk through of the house, pointed our problems we did were not aware of. During the project he kept up informed of the progress, and promptly responded to our calls, texts and emails. The stucco repair made the exterior look like a complete re-stucco. Beautifully. I asked that the wall be plastered smooth rather than textured as the previous wall had been and it was completed with a perform, smooth finish. The ceiling was a patch and needed to have the texture matched and he did that seamlessly.

Ed, owner contacted me first via email. We made an appointment and he came out right away and gave an estimate. We arranged for a couple days later and he and Ronny came to do my job. Could not believe they got it done in one day but then when you are a professional you can use that fast drying mud. It came out beautifully a perfect match in texture and finish. I will paint and put on the baseboard. They were on time for both the initial appt. and to do the work. I am beginning to think that’s an amazing trait! I highly recommend them and will recommend to everyone I know. BTW 2 other bids were exorbitant! I was charged $600 which was very reasonable and fair.

I am pleased that we had selected a painting contractor who fulfilled all of the requirements of the contract and then some. Our aging 4-unit wooden condominium complex had been neglected for 10 years and needed extensive preparation and repair in some areas and as well as a complete pressure wash, wood staining, trim priming and painting on all exterior areas. Matt and his crew exhibited the highest caliber of attention to detail and quality of work. They even went beyond the scope of the proposal and painted in areas that should have been included in the contract-with no extra charge. Quality, dedication & integrity are words I think of when looking back at a challenging 2-week job that was, by the way, the most competitively priced - by far.
