"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. We highly recommend using Brannick Painting."

Juan painted our interior walls, finished the wooden stair posts and banisters, refinished 100 year old doors that has been painted a few too many times, and noticed that our basement was unfinished concrete. He epoxy coated the basement for us, the best value improvement to our finish work. One of our contractors also dinged a bathroom vanity. I asked him to help with this and he made it like new, doing big gouges with wood filler and matching with stain and finish. - Customer service. Impeccable. "I hired Luis Contreras and his crew from Lobato Painting to repaint my condo. They were very through with the prep and cleanup a nd delivered a flawless paint job. After the paining was fiinished , a flooring contractor damaged one of the baseboards and nicked the walls in several in several places. Luis came back and fixed the walls and baseboards and touched up the paint perfectly."

"painted underside of eves all around the house (the last time the house was painted the painters pressure washed, but did not scrape, the underside of the eves. After a 4 -5 years the old paint under the new peeled off leaving bare wood. We could not get an appraisal with bare wood showing. Kanell's Painting Service workers scraped the paint under all of the eves, and also did the same to nearby beams that were not on the original work requested, because the paint was blistering. They did an excellent job, and were careful, and cleaned up completely. We were very pleased with their work! They repaired/repainted a little more than the original request. the final result was excellent."
