This included locating a vendor that still had access to the out-dated sized siding. He inspected the siding delivered and sent back what was not of good quality. Inside he matched the existing paint color and painted the living/dining rooms, kitchen/family rooms, entry and long hallway walls and ceilings. He fixed dry rot outside and caulked cracks inside on walls and on the brick fireplace. It looked like a new house when he finished.
