"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. "Josh and Mark have painted most of the interior of my home over several stages due to my slow remodel advancement. I m a licensed general contractor and this is my personal home so i am very picky. They always keep a clean work area. They took the time to explain what they would do and how they would do it. They were professional at all times and very respectful of my time, my home and my property. The pricing was more than fair and they cleaned up the entire area when they were done. In particular, my front door takes a lot of abuse from the sun. Josh was very particular about the paint to be used and his prep work was second to none. It has been approximately 3 years since he painted it and it looks as good as new. Most recently they painted my kitchen, family room and entry hall. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project. Mike carefully explained his bid and continued to answer our questions respectfully and in as much detail as we required from start to finish while painting our two-story home. Highly recommended!"
