"I hired Fence Doctor to repair a few sections of my fence that was damaged during the winter storm. Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"We were looking for a Landscape company which also did concrete. We found Ramirez Landscape and Concrete Co. We had some ideas front and back yard. We met with Roberto and he understood our vision. Concrete work and landscape was beyond our expectations. Roberto and his team work was very professional and it was a pleasure hiring them for our yard makeover. "If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt. His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis) included the following:*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows,
- *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
*painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
*priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.
