"Adval Construction The details were worked out smoothly. This company is well organized. My house had a slab leak that caused mold between the walls and kitchen cabinets. Abatement company to remove all mold needed the central heater/Air furnace removed. My family and I moved to a hotel for 3 days. Andy arranged for a technician to uninstall and install my furnace. I came back home on 3rd day and my furnace was being reinstalled. (It is been a cold winter). My walls, the platform my heater sits on, bottom kitchen cabinets have all been restored- it is better than before. They are sensitive to their customers financial situation-I could not come out of pocket so they accepted what insurance paid."

"Mr. Polanco is awesome. We went through several other contractors getting bids before Mr. Polanco. Their bids were ridiculously high and we had to supply the 20' redwood arbor beam, get it and the hardware painted ourselves. Mr. Polanco located the 20' redwood beam, painted it (2 coats of primer & 2 coats of paint along with the upgraded hardware), brought it to our home removed the old beam and installed the new 20' arbor beam. The job he did was beautiful! Mr. Polanco is fair priced, honest and the workmanship is outstanding. He is professional and very customer service oriented which is not easy to find with most contractors. The work area was left very clean when the job was completed. We are so happy we found Mr. Polanco and will call on him for other jobs for our home. I work for a real estate company and will certainly forward his name to realtors needing an excellent licensed contractor."
