He was no pressure, when ever I wanted it. Explained that I wanted to brighten up the room, the color I had was dark. He made some good suggestions that I went with. I was not disappointed. Great Customer service. Took pride in prepping the walls and baseboard. He was a clean painter very organized with a plan. He knew I would need a second coat on the walls, and he was 100% right. He explained everything thoroughy and the options and potential outcomes depending on the repair solution chosen. Scott went above and beyond by doing a few things extra to make the outcome of my projet perfect and to help me appreciate the end results. I had a newly remodeled bathroom which the original contractor and his crew were not skilled at their craft even though they cam highly recommended by someone who had just used them. Scott had to repair and repaint the entire bathroom and try to camoflage the bad texture and paint job that was done. And on the other side of the shower wall in the bedroom there were 12 nails which popped out of the wall due to the banging the crew did when remodeling my bathroom.
