"Mr. Polanco is awesome. We went through several other contractors getting bids before Mr. Polanco. Their bids were ridiculously high and we had to supply the 20' redwood arbor beam, get it and the hardware painted ourselves. Mr. Polanco located the 20' redwood beam, painted it (2 coats of primer & 2 coats of paint along with the upgraded hardware), brought it to our home removed the old beam and installed the new 20' arbor beam. The job he did was beautiful! Mr. Polanco is fair priced, honest and the workmanship is outstanding. He is professional and very customer service oriented which is not easy to find with most contractors. The work area was left very clean when the job was completed. We are so happy we found Mr. Polanco and will call on him for other jobs for our home.
