"Luis and his crew did an amazing job painting out 100+year old house. (Before Pic)Home was pressure washed with a 3000 psi machine to remove as much dirt and grime from the exterior house wall surfaces before painting. We sanded all the bad areas and spot primed them before painting. Used caulking to seal any open grooves and open wood joints as needed.
