"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. "The price was good. They're responsiveness was good because there was a minor issue. It was mainly cosmetic. There were plastic caps that goes in the hole of the window after they put the screws through. They failed to put that. I called them, they were supposed to follow-up and they didn't follow-up. They never called me back and they never responsive to take care of that, unless they came and maybe my kids had them do it. The work was incomplete. It's really a minor thing. They're so stupid not to finish the job and they were good otherwise. They didn't get bad ratings, and I don't think the owner even knows. I called them actually six months to three months ago. I told them to come and finish up the final finishing touch of the window, which is part of their job. They never called back. I asked them to even have their owner call me. They're not responsive. The work they did was good except for this last item. I hate to give them a bad mark. They didn't follow up and have a bad reception. I'm not happy with the work because it's not fair that I gave them the full price and they didn't do a full job. Actually the workers were good. They came, they were efficient and did the job. The final touch they didn't do."
