"Was a pleasure working together. Glad we were able to make all details work out in the short timeline. Hope to work together soon again."
"Thank you for taking the time to list your comments. Glad that you had a good experience. I wish you the best"
"Sorry for your bad experience. I think there may be a mix up, as we do not service the Marin area. There is a different branch that works in that area, with their own Angies List account."
"So sorry that you did not received the proposal. We typically send the proposals out within 24 -48 hours. I checked our system, looks like the proposal was written up on 6/8/19,with all details listed out. I wonder if maybe the email that was sent went into a junk mail folder. So sorry if this caused issues for you, this is not how we operate. We have had issues in the past with emails going to junk mail or not getting delivered. In the future, please give us a call if there is an issue, we can resolve quickly in that manner Thank you"
"Thank you for taking the time to post a review, and glad that you are happy with the results. The guys did a very nice job. It is not easy to work with older wood shingles, and the outcome looks great. Take care"
"Great to hear that the work turned out exactly the way you liked. It was great working together."
"Sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We try our best to provide the best service possible. Allow me to respond to your comments. I am a small business, and these adverse reviews negatively affect our business, as I work very hard at retaining our exemplary ratings. You had purchased a deal on Angie's List for 2 painters for 1 day, and had asked me to paint the entire interior of your 2700 ft' home, in 1 day. There is absolutely no way that 2 guys can paint the full interior of a home in 1 day, thus this is what I had directed our conversation towards. Yes, I should have looked at the address, but the bigger issue in my mind was the size of the home/scope of work, and the budget that you had. You mention it took 3 days to receive a slow wishy wash response. Here is the exact play by play of our conversations: I received your first notice the morning of 4/27. I wrote you an email on 4/27 (the same day) at 3:54 pm. I emailed you back a few times about the scope of work and to verify the pricing, and noticed that your home was in Discovery Bay, when I emailed you that we do not work there, this was on 4/28 at 653pm. This Is about 24 hours from the first time that you contacted me, not the 3 days that you mention above. As for the refund from Angies List - I try to list all details on the purchase that you made, which clearly states that you purchased 2 painters for 1 day. You mentioned that I "decided' that your home was too far away, where it is clearly stated in my profile our work area. Our office is based in Oakland. Again, I am sorry that we were not able to help out in this situation. You are of course entitled to your comments, however I would appreciate if you could provide accurate details of the transaction, and take the time to read the information on the contract that you signed and the company profile for the company that you contracted with."
"Thank you for taking the time to let us know how things went. It was a pleasure working together, and look forward to hearing from you again."
"So sorry for area that was not tended to. Lets schedule a time for the guys to come back to take care of this. The job is not done until you are 100% satisfied."
"I appreciate the business and your comments. Thank you for everything. I am glad that you received a top notch product and a great experience. We work ho*** ** every job and every customer to ensure 100% satisfaction. Thank you"
"Thank you for your comments and for the business. Let me know if I Can help with anything in the future."
"Thank you for everything."
"Great to hear that you are 100% satisfied with all work. The guys did a very nice job. Always takes extra time to work inside a home, to make sure that not only is the quality of work excellent, but we minimize hassle to your family."
"Appreciate the repeat business. Thank you for everything."
"Thank you for the business and for the review. The work came out very nicely, the guys did a nice job. There was a good amount of preparation needed, and given the amount of potential lead based paint, the guys did a very nice job in taping ground areas and windows to contain all paint chips. Thank you"
"Thank you for the feedback. The guys worked hard on the work at your home, and the results look great. Sorry about the mis-communication about the doors. Typically, interior of doors and windows would be considered part of the interior painting work. So if you were to paint the entry and living room interior, we would paint the inside of that door and so forth. As for the primers, we like to fully prime all surfaces before applying paint. We do tint the color of the primer, but in actuality, the color itself does not matter as we are priming for protection, not for the actual color. We apply 2 coats of paint, so coverage is not an issue. Thank you for bringing up your concerns, I will note them and make changes in the future. Take care"
"Great to hear your experience was positive. Your type of home requires extensive preparation and a touch of class to provide a quality finish. I am glad that you are happy with all results. Thank you for everything."
