I hired janitorial plus to power wash my front side and the side of my building. I recommend, they are very efficient on time friendly!

Technician, Patrick and Cousin Karine came out and pressure wash our driveway and the exterior of my home in Berkeley, CA. It was a two day process and cost me $900. Would highly recommend emergency handyman to anyone looking for great work in the East Bay Area.

We were looking to get a wash box for a washer/dryer installed. Craig was able to come out, take a look at the house and brainstorm on options based on our house’s layout. He gave a time and material estimate for the plumbing work but was also able to line up an electrician to complete the 240v...

I specifically requested that the walls be washed. The walls were not washed. Even some of the spider webs were still there. I didn't know I needed to request that the floors be washed. The floors were not washed. Part of the fridge was cleaned, part wasn't. I showed them the shower enclosure...

I hired Jason to clean and repair our gutters and power wash our steps. Jason communicated really well in advance of the project and helpfully explained alternative solutions to another project I had in mind (power washing old paint off a wooden door). He is a great problem solver and good price...

The windows simply were not clean. They started by power washing them and then washed them by hand. They did not have the equipment to get to a few windows in hard to reach places. Given the name of their company, I got the impression they were trying to figure out other things to do with their...

First time we have used American West Window Cleaning. We’ve lived in our house for over 15 years and have used a number of window washing services. This group was the best. We have some large (2 story) slanted windows- plus a number of others. They did it all, and it was a great job. We will...

The owner of the company showed up promptly with a helper. He had all of the necessary equipment to wash the windows on a historic building. He completed the job on time, did an excellent job with spotless windows and for the price quoted. Very professional and efficient. I would hire him again...

Dennis was polite and fast. He put his mega vacuum over the furnace intake vent and that may be enough to create *negative pressure*, but the vents still smell bad. Previous service used the vents elsewhere to greater effect.

I was originally just looking to power wash my driveway and I ended up having him power wash all my gutters. He pointed out and helped me to get more things done. Reasonable and inspiring and a hard worker. I will continue to hire him.
