"David did a great job on our rental property. He finished installing a door that did not fit properly. He then replaced our Garage Door and Security Door as well. We were happy with the quality of the work after he was done and he charged us a fair price (based upon research and comparisons) for the work done. "Great service! Ben, the technician, arrived during the promised window, was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. I'm very satisfied with the entire customer experience. Ben was excellent and I would highly recommend Local Garage Door Company."
