"I have to have my roof replaced of the 3 companies that came out Spartan was the only one who addressed the leak I was concerned about. The other companies were going to charge me a bunch of money and let it still leak. They were not going to address it until it was an issue and tell me it was not covered. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again?
