His worker showed up on time, brought all the necessary equipment. Rene came at the end to check out the work and take his equipment back. Highly recommended.

I thought painters just paint. Kannel's Paint Services paint and also fix up my house exterior beams and also the chimney corner wood beams as well. They tore off and replaced 4 of my rotten wooden roof beams and also my chimney wood beams. They replaced them and painted my whole house. I am a return customer. Rene painted my house 10+ years ago and I love his service. He fasten all the outside panel nails and painted my house 10 years ago. They arrived early morning everyday to work on my house. It is all finished now and I love the workmanship. Trim color belong to the trim and body color belong to the body. All 4 corners chimney beam are fasten beautifully to the chimney and caulks are applied to seal up from the rain. This prevent water damage to my new beams. I definitely will go back to them again if my house need painting again after 10 years. Thank you Rene and your team for the great work.

I hired Kannelâ s Painting Service to refinish the large wooden front door of my house. They arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. Although the finish on my door came out a bit shinier than I expected, it looks very good. They used high quality materials and were careful not to damage anything. After they left, my wife noticed that there was a narrow air gap on the bottom of the door that wasnâ t there previously. I was fairly sure that the gap was due to the weather stripping not being re-applied correctly. I contacted Rene and he arranged to have his worker come out to correct the problem a few days later, which turned out to be an easy fix. So, the follow-up and customer service from Kannelâ s was great. I highly recommend them and I would certainly hire them again.

Rene came to give us very reasonable estimate for our new wood frame sliding doors and wood frame double hung window plus the trims all around. Also he did for our front door. Dougulas did a very thorough job on staining. We are very satisfied with their professional service and friendly personality. We will work with them again for other areas of our home in the future.

Rene and his associate did a great job removing patches and repainting our walk-in closet walls after we removed the old shelves. Price was reasonable and made sure the place was clean after then finished.

1.) I hired these guys to do some incidental touch-ups on my condo that I am leasing out. 2.) They did an excellent job in many of the areas we talked about. 3.) Unfortunately there was a lot of â splatter onto some adjacent wall covering that I had to clean up. 4.) In addition, they did a very sloppy job in painting around some hinges and they left such sloppy streaks on the metal that I hired another contractor to remove and replace the hinges and refinish the entire assembly. By contrast, it now looks first class.

Overall good. Left a small thing in the stairwell without retouch that is why the 4.5

painted underside of eves all around the house (the last time the house was painted the painters pressure washed, but did not scrape, the underside of the eves. After a 4 -5 years the old paint under the new peeled off leaving bare wood. We could not get an appraisal with bare wood showing. Kanell's Painting Service workers scraped the paint under all of the eves, and also did the same to nearby beams that were not on the original work requested, because the paint was blistering. They did an excellent job, and were careful, and cleaned up completely. We were very pleased with their work! They repaired/repainted a little more than the original request. the final result was excellent.

Rene's team had to remove the old stain from the sun-facing the front door that we could not maintain during the pandemic. He said three days and finished it promptly

There was a lot of prep work to do in the shower room. Blistered paint was removed and the areas were re-textured. It came out looking new. I will use them again when I can finish painting the whole interior of my house.

Rene and his crew were great! They cleaned off popcorn ceiling and refinished and painted with smooth flat surface and crown mounding and it looks like new. They went above and beyond and retouched up the walls without me even asking. So pleased!

Rene was excellent, on time and market competitive. The job was great and the most important he did without any supervision. We were away travelling and all of the communication was via facetime.

FOR POPCORN REMOVAL or PAINTING PROJECTS, CALL KANNEL'S PAINTING SERVICE. I hired Kannel's to remove popcorn from my ceiling. They completed the work last week and did a fantastic job. Rene and his team are a painting company, but they're also experienced at popcorn removal. This was a tough job, involving five rooms (including bedroom closets) and the hallway. For one thing, the popcorn had been painted, which presents an extra challenge. Painted popcorn is harder to remove; water alone is not enough to soften it. But Rene and his team knew how to tackle it. Additionally, the ceiling had three cracks, two of which were seriously unsightly, that had developed over the years as a result of poor support of the sheet rock during the initial construction. Rene and his team went into the attic, placed 2x4 supports in the right locations, and then secured the sheet rock to the supports. In this way, they were able to stabilize the ceiling in the cracked areas and then patch and paint. After the popcorn removal, they took care of all additional necessary patching, then primered and painted the entire ceiling (two coats). They are seriously hard, steady, consistent workers. They arrived and left at the same time each day until the job was done. I was at the house each day and I saw how hard they worked. They put forth a tremendous effort and I am extremely pleased with the result. It truly looks like a brand new ceiling. Their price was competitive and I'd hire them again.
