He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. "The first time I hired Victor it was to finish a project that my previous (not-so) handyman had abandoned (a converted attic space to closet). As difficult as it was to pick up where someone else had left off, Victor made it look easy. He completed the job in less time than he had estimated for a fair price and offered suggestions on design elements. Since then, I have hired Victor to complete a reading nook with pre-fab drawer, install an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and flooring in two rooms. Victor is the epitome of a "handyman", he is a master in everything from carpentry to electrical. Victor is extremely professional and just an all-around great guy to work with. I love the fact that he does all of the work himself. That's one issue I've experienced in the past; contractors bringing shady characters into my home that carelessly damaging ceilings and walls. "AMAZING!!! Larry did a beautiful job building and installing custom wood valences to conceal motorized blinds for our home in Santa Monica. I gave Larry a sample and for a reasonable price he crafted 2 exact copies, including flawless paint application. He also did a perfect no-hassle installation which completed the finished look in our living room, kitchen and master bedroom. I was unable to find anyone else who even wanted to do this job. I now can't imagine trusting anyone other than Larry with my quality home projects. Do yourself a favor and hire Larry immediately!"

"Our attic entry with attached ladder was repaired by Hernandez framing. Mr. Hernandez is professional, polite, and punctual. If he was running late, he would text and let us know. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. We would recommend him to do any work and will be calling him for other projects."

He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
