Oury did a fantastic job with the bathroom and helped us make design decisions and made every accommodation to make us happy. After we were so happy with the job he did, we hired him to do a complete living room and dining room and kitchen remodel. Oury had it done quickly and in budget, and again did a fantastic job with every change and request we had. We will be hiring him to do some exterior work next, I don't see us ever using a different contractor. Before hiring Oury we felt like we interviewed every contractor in town. "I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks."

"We had a complete kitchen remodel done by Beneflipper Construction. Damon Benefield (owner) and his crew did a fabulous job. The work included demolition of the entire kitchen down to the studs. Damon increased the size of the see-through area between the kitchen and the dining area. New plumbing, electrical, cabinets and appliances were put in. The great part about the project was that Damon was in contact with us for the entire process. Plus, he was spot on with the estimated time of completion.
