"The team at Cabinet Refresh was terrific, from the original estimating process through the finished kitchen and family room cabinet painting project. This was a kitchen upgrade with all new, high-end appliances. I wanted to change the look and feel after 20 years and increase the home’s value. At all levels there was honesty, trust and great communication. Carol did the estimate and was welcoming in answering all my questions and providing suggestions when needed. She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. Everyone loves the new look. For my next project Cabinet Refresh will be the only ones I call."

They helped build a 2 bed 1 bath 600sqft addition to our home during the lean months over the pandemic. They always made sure that they left their work site clean after each dayâ s work. "Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. "I was totally wrong in thinking that this company would do a good job because in reality they did something spectacular, the entire work team was very kind and attentive to our family, we are a family that does not open the door to anyone but we decided to trust American Professional Builders, Jose was very friendly and understanding with all of our needs, he always tried to adapt the work to each one's style, my children's rooms are comfortable, elegant and at the same time they can play and have fun with the design that Jose created especially for them, our yards are safe for the children and at the same time we can enjoy a weekend with the wonderful Deck with fireplace and kitchen, the pool with games that Jose recommended and that he built is beautiful and fun for the family, the type of tile he used looks luxurious and the pavers he installed with the artificial grass around it were exactly what we dreamed of, we are going to build an ADU soon and we are already working on the pl"
