He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. "Home2Renovate painted the entire exterior of the house including the stucco and trim. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house. I would highly recommend them for home repair and painting projects."
