Mike was punctual and very professional on this project which took a little over two days to complete. His assistant was very skilled in the kind of carpentry required for building a deck and benches incorporated into the structure. The photo shows the triangular area repaired after a spa had been removed. The new redwood had not yet been stained to match the older part of the deck.

Very quick to respond and provide a quote. Did a better job of explaining the different options of performing the work than others. They won't be your cheapest bid, but you usually get what you pay for. Was able to perform the job quickly after accepting bid. Highly recommended.

They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. I would definitely recommend Northgate Development to anyone in Bay Area needing deck repairs and/or replacement. Thanks for your recommendation. ~Stephen Teeple

Mike and Omar built us a double deck on a hilly terrain. They provided us with excellent service and the decks were built beautifully and according to codes. They also replaced our sidings and added insulation to our house. In all 3 projects, Mike was very professional, scheduled all work accordingly with minimal disruption to our daily activities. Most importantly, Mike fulfilled all the promises that he made throughout the projects. Canâ  t ask for a better contractor and company to carry out our projects
