"We are so happy with the service we received from Arie and his crew. We hired Arie to repair and waterproof our existing cantilever deck. We also wanted to add a completely new railing. First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. I gave Larry a sample and for a reasonable price he crafted 2 exact copies, including flawless paint application. "Our attic entry with attached ladder was repaired by Hernandez framing. Mr. Hernandez is professional, polite, and punctual. If he was running late, he would text and let us know. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. We would recommend him to do any work and will be calling him for other projects."
