He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced.
