"I was originally planning to get a wooden door, but Tony explained how much cheaper and easier it would be just to get a pre-hung metal door. He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. "Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done and would highly recommend him. This was for services completed back on 06/07/2022. He was the first person to reach out to me regarding fixing a pocket door in the kitchen. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was quick to determine what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with doing other repairs as well.
