"Home 2 Renovate was initially called to perform an inspection and we did recommend that she take care of the entire roof, but that was something that was not in her budget. She contracted us to perform work on a small flat area that lies between two large roof facets. We did get a call a few months after the installation of the small flat area and performed service under her warranty coverage. We were never contacted by this customer to perform any further issues she had experienced as of the recent rain storms. Had she made contact with us prior to working with any other company, we would have gladly performed any service & labor, with materials at no cost to her under her warranty coverage. Also, we would have been able to identify any further issues in other areas as well and provide her a discount on any other areas not previously worked on. We didn't find out about her situation until we received notification of this 1-star review she had posted. We immediately called her and let her know that she would not have had to pay for any work in the area we were contracted. She acknowledged and was happy to hear that we would have taken care of her and this service. She didn't make contact with us by all the easy ways to get a hold of us. She admitted that she felt she had to take action elsewhere and she ended up having more areas of her roof taken care of at the same time (as we originally recommended). We have always fulfilled our service agreements when we are made aware. She could have saved thousands had she contacted us to come out. We always provide our customers with all of our contact information and will gladly be of service when called upon. No hard feelings, we wish her the best."
