"I'm very happy with the work that I had done as well as the very fair price. David made sure to explain what was happening as he completed the project, and worked with me on the best way to address some issues that were uncovered as the old roof was removed. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished right on schedule."

"Fantastic! Felipe and his two man crew showed up on time, got to work and creatively overcame the kinds of unique challenges in a 100 year old building, on both projects, e.g., the front door had metal framing that had to be replaced; the pocket doors’ slider and molding were non-standard so replacements had to be adjusted to accommodate the old school sliding door. They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price."

"Jesse did a good job, but he forgot to tighten all the feet to the spindels. I texted him, but he never responded. I probably shouldn't have paid until I inspected the entire job. Other than that, the job was done very well."

"Bill, was extremely friendly and a refreshing change from other contractors we have used in the past. His quote was very reasonable and he did not try to add anything on. To say we were happy with the job he did would be an understatement. Quality work from a great contractor and peace of mind that the job was done right, priceless."

"Jonathan did an amazing job refinishing my tables - I highly recommend him! He is reasonably priced and does quality work and within the time frame he promised."

"Guilco was professional, on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. All things that are rare to find in a good handyman. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the need of random around the place carpentry and fix it services. I am planning on using him for a bunch of more work."

"We purchased a house and moved into a home thanks to Construction By Maya. We went from an 800 sq ft outdated bungalow to a 1700 sqf updated home. CBM was efficient, ran on time and on budget. Anyone who has even dabbled with construction in the past knows how rare it is to find someone who will show up, do what they say when they say they will, and see it through to the end. CBM hit every mark, every single time. Not once in our 5 month project did I wonder "when will they get back to me" "where are we holding, are we ok" or "am i getting screwed (which lets be honest it happens more often than you want to admit in this industry)? This is a company that truly understand how painstaking construction is even when everything runs smoothly, and they are with you every step of the way. I come from a family of contractors (they're on the east coast) and no one could believe that we were moved in ahead of schedule and within budget. It Rarely happens! Well with Construction by Maya running your project, you can feel at total ease that you are truly in the best hands possible. Whether your project is a small tiling job or a massive renovation and addition or even a new build give this company a call. You will be so glad you did."

"Ulises was good with communication. He was on time, professional, kind, gave good suggestions. He fixed my kitchen drawer and made a baseboard where one was missing. He was neat n clean too. Definitely would hire again."

"Although there were many to choose from, I chose Hernandez framing to build a deck/concrete patio in my back yard and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I will hire them for upcoming projects and will pass them on to anyone that need something as such. It was done in a timely manner, material was always kept neatly."

"They built all the building I needed for my company it was an excellent job, fast, safe and professional, I loved how they designed everything, the work team is effective and reliable, I recommend this company"
