First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced.
