"We are so happy with the service we received from Arie and his crew. We hired Arie to repair and waterproof our existing cantilever deck. We also wanted to add a completely new railing. First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. When we were ready to start the project, we got back in touch with Arie and he was so accommodating. He met every expectation we had. I gave Larry a sample and for a reasonable price he crafted 2 exact copies, including flawless paint application. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. We would recommend him to do any work and will be calling him for other projects."

He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
