"Dave was punctual and was very hardworking, making sure my new decking system was installed correctly. He took the time to install each layer of the decking system and made the finished surface graded so the water drained off perfectly. I would hire him again if I ever need to redo my deck."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"Great communicator. Did a great job at repairing my deck. Very personable and friendly"

"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"You always want to find someone that you can trust. You can tell that Ramy has been doing this a long time. His depth of knowledge is amazing and has helped see through issues in projects before they present themselves. Weâ ve done a few projects now and havenâ t had a single mistake. Ie) misunderstanding, feeling pressured to buy, dents on appliances etc. all of which Iâ ve experienced in the past with 4-5 star â Yelp reviewâ companies. Heâ s organized and stays on top of the project so it gets done. Heâ s honest with the timelines and it showed because each step of the way took what he said it would take or less. I would definitely suggest working with R Design for your next project no matter how small or large"

"Fernando Guerra was prompt, professional and did great work."

"I worked with Daniel and he was very prompt and responsive, did exactly what he said he'd do. He worked underneath the house in an area I couldn't access. Took and showed me pics to illustrate the issues and he worked excellently."
