We did not qualify so our neighbor told us we lost the deposit but Rafael was kind enough to give it back. I will definitely be hiring CPR Home Renovations when the time is right. Cristian did a wonderful job on behalf of CPR Home Solutions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the San Gabriel Valley or in the Los Angeles area. They were not necessarily the cheapest, but I was very happy with what I paid for.

Save yourself the headache and hire a professional roofing company. CPR Home Solutions does NOT care about what your house looks like when they are "finished". They damaged other parts of the house and were reluctant to fix them. I had to patch in the hole in the interior ceiling that they mistakenly made, nails popping through the interior ceiling. They have no pride in their work/craftsmanship, so I ended up fixing it all. It also took me many days to clean up the interior of the house after they finally left. DON'T go by the Google review, as customers can't leave reviews. On top of this horrible experience, I had a lien notice on my property from the supplier. NOT a pleasant experience dealing with Ryan and CPR. I assume my warranty will never work if there are issues down the road as others are complaining about no response from the company.

So many people hate getting their house renovated because they say it takes too long. When I tell you this crew is the fastest Iâ ve ever seen it is an understatement. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get any renovations done! Ask for Anthony Marquez he makes sure the job gets done!

I had received 3 estimates cpr was not the cheapest, but I felt comfortable with their reviews & Anthony the gentlemen who came out, I also got to meet his boss Ryan. I wanted to start off saying Carlos & Anthony were amazing! Anthony knocked on my door set up appointment with me, Carlos came out & explained everything by detail. I honestly donâ t know where to start when it comes to CPR Home solutions and how satisfied myself and my Family are with their work. Our first contact with them was when Antoine placed a flyer for CPR Home Solutions on my front door. Their flyer said they did turf grass (among other things) which my wife and I were looking to install in our backyard. I called him and set up an appointment with him and the General Manager Anthony. They arrived and met with my wife and I and were well versed in their services and their products. They answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns. With the understanding that we were going to get additional estimates they did not pressure us into signing a contract. After several weeks, we felt that CPR was the best choice for us. My wife and I were very impressed with the crew that came out and installed our turf. Anthony and Antoine both made it a point to come by when the crews were working to make sure all was taken care of. My family and I are extremely impressed with CPR Home Solutions and have decided to hire them again for additional work on our home. Stay tuned for that reviewâ ¦.. This review has been long overdue. My husband and I purchased our first home last year and the exterior needed some repairs and a face lift to the stucco. A young man approached us and suggested we have a consultation with Anthony to see what can be done. We met with Anthony and decided to move forward with the project. Ultimately, they were able to get our home completed sooner than we expected, and it looks amazing! Anthony was responsive, attentive and caring throughout the process and still checks in with us to the date. We were very pleased with the work that was done and would use their services again.

No job or contractor is perfect but I have to say I was happy with how Carlos of CPR Home Solutions worked with me to resolve a problem. Overall, the crewâ s workmanship in the stucco and paint work they completed on my home was very good. Anthony Marquez, the sales manager communicated quickly and effectively. I would hire them again.

I needed some repairs on my house, contacted CPR Home Solutions in Santa Fe Springs. I spoke with Ryan May who listened to my request, helped guide me with selection of materials, provided a competitive estimate and communicated effectively on project status. The scope of work was developed and executed in a timely manner. They did an excellent job repairing stucco, painting the repaired areas and my porches. CPR did a great job they were here on time every morning they cleaned up before they left I actually was at work every day and I had so much trust in them that they were at my house and with me not being home Iâ d recommend them anytime I got daily calls or texts from them asking if I questions any concerns I would use them again no problem and recommend them.

Overall they were a very pleasant experience, from beginning to finish. Customer service was very informative and friendly. The project manager kept us informed, we would know when they were arriving, and progress updates, Normally a roofing job can be messy for a few days, but every day when they were done for the day, they cleaned up .. to the point you did not know it was still being worked on. I was expecting a mess for a few days, but spotless every day. The workers were very friendly, and these guys did an amazing job! I would highly recommend CPR home solutions. Very satisfied with their professionalism and work.

CPR Home Solutions are all around top notch company. From the beginning of the process with the canvas guys they were nice not pushy. The sales guys were patient even when I made them come back a few times Henry was awesome! Then when the work started the crew was efficient, diligent, and very easy to work with, the quality of work was excellent. Their work completely transformed the ugly exterior look of my home back to its perfect stucco look and feel. But they used the Texcote product, which I have studied for several years before making this decision. The cost is significantly higher than just a normal stucco repair and repainting, but the Texcote comes with a lifetime warranty. So I will hopefully never have to pain this home again as long as I own it. The sandblasting work was messy, but they did their best to keep the sand and dust down, both for my house and my neighbors. But fair warning: You SHOULD expect to have to do a thorough dusting even inside your home when they are done with that phase. Then came the taping and stucco surface repair to get it back to the sand texture of the original home exterior surface. It took several days of work to complete this portion, then they applied the Texcote layer and finally the "new age grey" color that I had selected. It looks absolutely fantastic and I can now finish the final little touch up jobs myself. If I was going to sell my house now, there is no doubt that this raised the property value by over $20K in just getting the exterior looking sharp! Their project managers stop by and review the in-progress work on a regular basis, and they do a final inspection walk around to make sure you are satisfied.
