"We had them come out for an inspection. Alex was our technician. He was really thorough and checked a lot more things than we’ve had done. He helped us get our furnace running again and inspected all our plumbing as well. Nice guy too. Definitely recommend this company."

"Had Flo Pro Plumbing come and change out my hose bib and water pipes in my side yard. They did a great job, very responsive and fair. Will be my go to in the future!"

"They serviced my house promptly and had excellent communication. They answered every question thoroughly, double checked and documented their work at every stage and were willing to work with my insurance documentation requests."

"Andy texted in advance to let us know he was on his way and arrived on schedule. He looked through all the manufacturer's material to insure compliance. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and also shared tips on how to keep our tankless system descaled even though he was installing our filtration system and softener. Very professional, would definitely use EZ Flow again!"

"Don was very professional and did a very high quality job on our gas line job for the firepit. I would hire Don again."

"I called Knockout Plumbing in the evening and they returned my call first thing the following morning. They sent a technician out and he was here at 9 am. Very friendly and customer service was excellent! This company knows their stuff. We needed a whole new hot water heater and they replaced it at a low cost and very prompt. Thank you Knockout Plumbing for everything you do. I will always use your services."

"Jack showed up at my home exactly when he said he would, was very informative and helped me better understand how my water heater worked (or didnâ t), than provided me with the best possible solutions to the problems I was having! Great service, and will always be calling for Jack whenever I have an issue with my system."

"Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater."

"We had (what we thought) was a sewer line issue in our backyard. After an initial estimate from another company of upwards of $15k to fix, we wanted to get 3 bids. We called Kevin, from Custom Plumbing of Arizona, and he provided unparalleled service. He not only scoped the entire line, showing us that the initial assessment was inaccurate, he went ahead and took a look at all the lines throughout the house to ensure between old pipes and a recent remodel, we could see and better understand the health of our pipes to be knowledgeable about potential future issues. All for a minor service fee. Turns out the leak was a pinhole leak from a small irrigation line. Custom Plumbing of Arizona will now be my first call for any plumbing issues. They told it to us straight and we walked away feeling not only better informed but did not have to spend tens of thousands of dollars unnecessarily."
