Shower faucet had developed a leak. Since I had history with Reddi, I immediately called them. Even though not urgent, they had someone (Kevin) at my place within a very few hours. Kevin was quick and efficient in seeing the issue and with the replacement part on his truck, made the repair in quick order. Nice gentleman and seems to know his stuff. This is the only plumbing company I will consider for any future issues!

Septic Tank - Clean or Pump Out
I had scheduled service, it was a few days out and I was concerned about a delay. They explained that I still had time. I then asked if there was a cancellation to put me on the list. They were able to come the day before. The employee was very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand the septic system. Very kind and polite! I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors!

I have been using Reddi Services for years. Christian came out today to do the annual check on my heater/ac. He was very professional and made sure nothing got dirty from attic dust. I was referred to Reddi Services by a trusted friend to get a second opinion on some work that had recently been completed by another contractor. When their work did not resolve the original issue they suggested another solution, sight unseen. I called Reddi Services and asked for Chris Shuck based on his reputation for providing excellent customer service. I was not disappointed. He inspected the work that was previously done and cleaned up things that the others left behind. He thoroughly inspected the situation and presented pictures of where things could have been improved. When he left, I had a better understanding of what was addressed and what was done. I will recommend Reddi Services and Chris Shuch to my friends and relatives. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you.

Used these guys to replace my drain lines (major, expensive job) and bath tub and surround, they did a good job, so called again to replace water heater. Pepe did an excellent job. I have a trades background, so I watch like a hawk and know if work is being done right. Professional, very, very nice person to deal with. Very conscientious about cleaning up after work done. Pepe gave good recommendations with the estimate. Brought everything up to plumbing code.

Brent Sanderson inspected my drain lines and did a fantastic job. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the results. He addressed all of my plumbing questions and needs, helped me locate my cleanouts, and even showed me how to use them. He walked me through the camera footage, explained the condition of the pipes in detail, and never rushed the process. I’d highly recommend him for any sewer or drain inspection work.

We had them come out for an inspection. Alex was our technician. He was really thorough and checked a lot more things than we’ve had done. He helped us get our furnace running again and inspected all our plumbing as well. Nice guy too. Definitely recommend this company.

Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater.

I just had a new air conditioner installed today by Reddi services. The two technicians, Christian and Harry, were right on time and took less time than estimated to complete the job. Both men were friendly and performed the job with no problems and answered all my questions. I have been doing business with Reddi since they were established in Phoenix and they always do excellent work.

We came home to find the City of Phoenix would not fix our water leak. Not knowing where to turn we remembers Jan Ashford Plumbing and called. They are now with ReddiService and Matt Mattox and Christian came to our rescue only a couple hours after calling. They did a fantastic and professional job and fixed the problem. They told us they would take care of us and they did. Then it came time for the invoice, thinking the worse he said the amount and I couldn’t believe it. It only cost a couple hundred for them to fit it. They really did take care of us and they were careful to try and put the yard back the way they found it. I would and will recommend. Excellent service! From the initial call to have a technician come to the house to the actual service, Reddi was very professional and really made me feel valued as a customer. My technician Pepe was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the job and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Reddi also came to install my sink and shower/tub fixtures on a Sunday and they didn’t charge me extra. I highly recommend Reddi. You will not feel like they are overpricing you or out to get your money. They are reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I will use them again. If you ever need a plumber, Pepe is the guy! He is trustworthy, honey, and dependable!

With a slow water leak in the wall behind my washer, Reddi Services provided excellent service. I was scheduled for early Sunday,but they called Saturday afternoon when a service tech could come that day. Matt arrived, he was clean, polite and professional. He accessed the problem and discovered an external panel to open to see if he could identify the issue. He quickly summarized he could reach in and repaired the leak by replacing a flex pipe. Matt repaired the problem without damaging the wall. Reddi Service's price was very reasonable and there was no up charge for being on the weekend. I would use them again and recommend them. Walt
