I have a very old Crane air conditioning unit at my investment property in downtown Tempe. My Airbnb guests texted me that the air conditioner suddenly quit! It is late August so you can imagine the emergency I was facing. My guests would certainly need to leave and have a terrible experience dealing with an oven hot home. I called Chris G. who I had on my phone from over a year ago. He had helped me with another problem I had with the system. He worked very fast and was knowledgeable so I was glad to hear Chris was still in the HVAC business. Chris came out within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and put in a brand new motor very quickly for a decent price. We were up and running! Guests were pleased as well. Thanks so much Air and Water! :)

Very professional and friendly. The problem was fixed in 2 hours at a cost of $470.00 for labor only. The parts was covered under warrenty. Thats $235 per hour and 1 hour of that he was gone picking up the parts. I will NOT use them again. And could not recommend them.

The up front flat rate, no surprises, pricing you were charged comes from a national flat rate pricing guide. Factory training and the other behind the scenes items required to get a qualified technician to your home, make up the basis for repair charges. The GPS Fleet Tracking system in our van showed our technician�s total time was 2 hours and 36 minutes. The technician finished slightly ahead of the allowable time due to his talent and support staff."

I did not have any problems with my Air Conditioning units. The problem was due to humity from cleaning my carpet. However it was something I will remamber and it was good to know that my equipment was operating fine.

There was an install problem and a defective piece of equipt. Factory defect. But Air Factor did a good job even though it took 14 hours. I would recommend them to other and will be using them to service my new A/C system.

I conducted a lot of research prior to hiring Air Factor, and obtained bids from 6 different contractors. Air Factor was the ONLY company to calculate the size of my home to determine the appropriate size of the AC unit to properly cool my home. They were VERY thorough on the initial visit - spending 2 hours with me. Tim had a great presentation put together, including reviews from customers, insurance information, and BBB ratings/reviews (ZERO complaints by the way). The detailed information he provided built trust in the contractor. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
The only contractor that conducted an analysis of the house for heating and cooling load and checked the adequacy of the vents. The salesman was very competent and professional. The quality of the workmanship was excellant.

AirFactor came to my condo, diagnosed, and fixed a repeating AC/plumbing issue that 3 other contractors had only made temporary fixes to over the last 2 years. Both the main office personnel and technician that did the repair were a pleasure to deal with, and the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable.

This crew went above and beyond standard customer service. They were on time, courteous, clean, and made cost-saving suggestions. I have had no previous contact with this company yet I would recommend them to anyone. They not only came through with the lowest quote, they did not try to up-sell me at any time.
