I have lived in my house for 20 years and I have literally only ever called AZ Premier Services with plumbing issues of any kind. AZ Premier Services has replaced my water heater twice over the years and repaired several piping and valve issues. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They are prompt and reliable and have always quickly solved our issues.

Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater.

We highly recommend this Company! Whether it was Jason (primary contact/scheduler) or Christian (installer), they were both very prompt, courteous, and professional people. We had an old water heater fail, causing some home damage. We were very happy to have Jason and his team recommended to us for a modified water heater install before the home restoration began. The first step in getting our house back in full working order, and they made the process seamless and painless!

There is a reason why these guys have all 5 star ratings!! I would hire and recommend them again with no hesitation. I received 7 different quotes from vendors all over the Gilbert/Queen Creek area including Home Depot and Lowes. Jason's prices by far beat everyone's quotes, most by over $300. That's quite a savings for me for the same install job! Jason's crew were in and out in about 2.5 hrs., installed new water heater with all new parts, hauled off the old one and cleaned up. The guys were very polite and professional and I am very happy with the job. Even my dogs loved them. If you want excellent customer service, call Jason.

Jason and crew took out a complete vanity and replaced and replaced everything and we're in and out in 2.5 hours. They were very polite,professional and did a perfect job. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

He was honest about the problem and the possibility of it re-occurring. If it did re-occur he promised to come back without a fee to put in a new part. He didn't try to charge me for something it wasn't clear I needed. I like that.
