"Problem: I had a two-year-old epoxy coated garage floor that had stains that had soaked into the top layer of the epoxy coating and could not be removed. Search: Began a search for a higher quality and tougher garage floor coating. Thatâ s when I encountered Guardian Garage Floors of Phoenix and their four-step process that uses Polyaspartic Polyurea rather than epoxy. A material that is many times stronger and much more attractive in overall appearance. Before, I had 3 flooring companies 2 concrete companies not want to do the work it required for my home to get the floor in because of a sloppy DIY someone else before us did. saying it was going to be an amazingly high price to get what I wanted. there were 6 inch step down in two different places that I wanted flush. I am so happy I found them on Angie’s list! Carlos who was very professional, came in and leveled it spectacularly. His team made all levels flush with each other and then stamped the concrete to look like a wooden floor.
