"Hi Rhonda [Consumer Name Removed] @ [Consumer Information Removed]. You talk about honesty and truthful yet wanted us to lie to a manufacturer to benefit you. 14 months ago May 4, 2023, you called us out. The compressor wouldnÂ’t turn on and at first, deemed the compressor bad because everything checked out. Come to find out, there was a safety to protect the compressor that wasnÂ’t on the schematics. The compressor started up and we found the system overcharged which created higher pressures which would trip the safety. We recovered refrigerant to get within factory specs, and replaced the contactor. This was the $480 bill that you were well aware of and this was discussed with you at the same time. So Instead of $1400 to replace the compressor, we saved you $900. Even though you were begging us to warranty the compressor by lying to the manufacturer, we canÂ’t in good faith, warranty a part that's working. If the manufacturer deems the compressor good, then we don't get credit for the purchase of the new compressor leaving us with the bill and a bad relationship. June 21,2024 we diagnosed a grounded compressor. You became very hostile and argumentative expecting us to replace your 11 year old run down unit for free. (In fact, every visit we recommended replacing the air filters because they were disgusting. Looking through your history, that's when we found your unpaid bill. Instead of paying your bill online like a sane person, you drove 40 minutes away from your house and waited half a mile away from our home, for 3.5 hours, in your Prius. We had to tell you multiple times to not show up and you will be trespassed with force. The cops were involved and they were well aware of the consequences if you were to show up. Most of your review is a lie. 1. What is unbalancing an air conditioner? 2. Never talked to your neighbor. 3. Never tried to sell you a new air conditioner. When your compressor was diagnosed as grounded June 21, 2024, we verbally gave you options of replacing just the compressor, just the condenser, and the whole system. 4. The $480 was a bill that you never paid from the previous year. In fact, you still owe us the diagnostic/trip fee of $60 from June 21, 2024. You try to lie in your review to make us look bad, when in reality, it puts your character on display for everyone to see."
