"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"

I was very impressed with their courteous and respective manners, and pleased with the work they performed. Henry also did an excellent job of explaining in detail the different water heaters available and providing answers to all my questions about a water softening system which helped me with my decisions. "It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
