He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. "We want to compliment the work of Matt Hurlburt of Reddi Services. He came to check out our a/c unit which possibly needed a drip pan replacement. Rather than sell us on a new pan, he suggested repairing it and it would be serviceable for years to come. When I mentioned that another technician had said the drain pipes were going uphill causing standing water, he said that the pipes were just sagging and suggested propping them up with some wood. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Our other unit was out at the time and another vendor had told us that the compressor went out. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs.
