"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"

Brandon came out to repair an outdoor faucet and Adrian came out to replace 2 old water heaters and to install a water softening system. Both techs were courteous and friendly. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs. "Francisco was great. He called me as soon as I hit submit on my request w/Angi’s list, 7pm on July 3rd. He came by July 4th, quoted the project. I called him a half hour later and he had all the work done by 3pm on July 4th! His prices are competitive. He listens to what you want to accomplish and provides a quote without pressure to sign. I had him inspect, service my irrigation system, install a WiFi controller and fix pavers. Very happy with the work. Will use again when needed."

"It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
