Brandon came out to repair an outdoor faucet and Adrian came out to replace 2 old water heaters and to install a water softening system. Both techs were courteous and friendly. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs. I was very impressed with their courteous and respective manners, and pleased with the work they performed. Henry also did an excellent job of explaining in detail the different water heaters available and providing answers to all my questions about a water softening system which helped me with my decisions. "Francisco was great. He called me as soon as I hit submit on my request w/Angi’s list, 7pm on July 3rd. He came by July 4th, quoted the project. I called him a half hour later and he had all the work done by 3pm on July 4th! His prices are competitive. He listens to what you want to accomplish and provides a quote without pressure to sign. I had him inspect, service my irrigation system, install a WiFi controller and fix pavers. Very happy with the work. Will use again when needed."

"It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
