He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. "On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. "We want to compliment the work of Matt Hurlburt of Reddi Services. He came to check out our a/c unit which possibly needed a drip pan replacement. Rather than sell us on a new pan, he suggested repairing it and it would be serviceable for years to come. When I mentioned that another technician had said the drain pipes were going uphill causing standing water, he said that the pipes were just sagging and suggested propping them up with some wood. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Our other unit was out at the time and another vendor had told us that the compressor went out. "Due to water damage a restoration company had to come out and rip out the vanity in the master bedroom. The tech from Rocky Mountain Restoration let me know that there was a leak in the remaining plumbing and advised me to call the plumber to rectify the situation. I had Bumble Bee Plumbing on speed dial because they had stopped the leak behind the wall and re-routed my pipes when the disaster struck. This was a secondary leak not related to the first leak last week but instead due to the vanity being demolished. So I had full confidence that they could help me again. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs. I was very impressed with their courteous and respective manners, and pleased with the work they performed.
