He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. I got a callback from Cisco less than an hour after submitting a quote request via AngiesList and gave the details of the work I wanted done. He stopped by the property to have a look the same day and called me back with the price. I agreed to move forward and he started the work immediately, and finished up by the next day. The scope of the work increased a little due to finding and replacing broken sprinkler pipes. Cisco seems like a good guy and was very responsive and easy to talk to. He emailed me photos of the yard before and after the job. He and his crew did a nice job for me at a reasonable price. I will use them again."
