Their service has always been excellent, and on time to complete the work. They were very responsive and professional as well.

I was quoted $150 an hour for 2 people to come do the work. Only one showed up yet he charged me $125 an hour and acted like he was doing me a favor. He said the other worker was just a helper. He couldn’t hook up one of the faucets because of the angle of the pipes but my handyman was able to do it with a flexible pipe without any problem.

After a 2nd leak in the main water line to our house it was time to replace the whole thing. The leak was pretty bad so we had to shut off the water to the entire house. Tutko Plumbing was able to rearrange their schedule on a Friday to fit us in so we would not be without water all weekend long. Tutko Plumbing is the BEST!

From the time I called AJ till he got to my home was less than a half hour. AJ went to work very quickly. Took items from underneath the sink and promptly disconnected the P-trap and cleaned it out, as well as snaking more obstructions which were in a pipe, going into the wall. AJ cleaned up nicely and was very pleasant also. I couldn't be happier and they are very reasonable !

Good company. Responded promptly and professionally. A little expensive (not ridiculous) but the work was excellent and completed on time. We will use them again

He was really good. We had used him years ago before Angie's List and I remember being really happy with him then as well. Back then, we called him for sewage backing up into our house due to tree roots clogging pipes out by the street. This became a City of Phoenix issue/expense, which he helped us diagnosis and remedy in a timely manner. So when I saw him on Angie's list, I all of the sudden remembered him and am glad I used him again.

We felt like they should have replaced some of the fixture parts instead of trying to seal the old worn out parts.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price.

I called and got a reasonable time response from Tutko Plumbing. We conducted business over the phone while the plumber was at the house & I was out of town, Job well done!!

I have resisted reviewing this company because I generally believe that everyone deserves a second chance, but we wouldn't consider asking them back. Therefore: The technician who came over was so unfriendly and acted like he would like to be anywhere else but here. Given that, he explained to my husband that we needed another part, gave the hefty price, and we needed to go ahead. When he was done, still no conversation or anything except, "here's the bill". Sorry. Not a way to develop trust. We will not use this company again

AJ and Alex did a great job; AJ explained what he was doing and showed me the part that was causing the problem. He kept the work area clean as he repaired the drain. Overall they did a great job and I will call them when I need any other plumbing work done.

Great work. They were on time and very personable. Answered several questions I had and got the job done at a very reasonable price.

It was completed. My plumber was very professional and he knew his job very well. This is the first time that I had to use a plummer because of my age and eyesight so the sticker price was a shock but the quality of work and professionalism and his kind personality made the price okay.

Whenever I have used them in the past I always expect to pay more then they charge me. I have checked prices before they came out so I knew it was good. They are the only ones I use now.

A shout out to Jeff at Tutko!!  I had a leak under my driveway and feared it was my pipe.  Jeff came over quickly and determined that it was the community irrigation pipe and not mine in just a few minutes.  He refused payment for his time.  How is that for treating your customers well!!!  THANK YOU--You guys are my plumbers FOR LIFE!!!

Returned my call promptly. Came same day, found the sewer taps, raised them, replaced dirt in hold. Charged amount quoted on phone.We always use this company as this is the same level of service and professionalism and good pricing we always receive.

They arrived when the said they would.  They found a leak detection expert and work with them to find and cap off the leak.  While they were there they did some other minor jobs around the house as well.  It was a very good experience and I would use them again.

FANTASTIC experience! Mr. Tutko returned my call quickly, and had a plumber over to our house within just a couple of hours. Jeff Gill was terrific - professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
We were convinced a jet tub upstairs was leaking into and damaging the kitchen ceiling. Jeff found the access door to the tub, and noticed no leaks - but the view was limited. He ultimately needed to cut out a piece of drywall in the kitchen to take a look at the whole situation. When he couldn't find a leak, he continued to search to find the source of the water - turns out, when the home was built, the builders left some fairly good-sized holes open on the exterior. We'd never noticed, Jeff was the first to find them. He's a plumber, so he couldn't do the needed repairs, but he recommended steps we could take on our own to handle the problem, at least temporarily.
He then closed the drywall hole in the kitchen with a couple of screws. We'll get that repaired (should be very easy to do). Totally worth it to know what was really happening with the upstairs plumbing.
I just can't say enough nice things about this company, their professionalism and their quick response!
We will absolutely use Tutko Plumbing again!

Jeff & AJ dug up around the broken pipe (City had to shut off water service from the street), removed the old pipe that had cracked (probably because the landscaper had hit the pipe with his shovel, throwing it out of line), put in a new joint and short length of pipe.  I have to wait an hour for the glue to dry, then I can call the City to come turn the water back on.

I think they are reasonably priced. I have used them before for many years.
