They claimed that the clog was due to misuse and abuse, and therefore not covered under the warranty. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call another plumbing company the next day. They arrived promptly and were able to clear the clog in just 10 minutes. I was shocked and relieved that the issue was resolved so quickly after the previous company had been unable to help. He's been paid $2500, and still hasn't finished. Won't return calls. I have to hire someone else to come fix a lot of mistakes he's made. Didn't clean up after himself and now I have paint all over my yard. No hard feelings wish the guy well. Just wished I would have read a review before I hired him."
