"Re: Brent Sanderson 8/26/22 We want to compliment the work of Brent Sanderson with Reddi Services. We had a whole house plumbing problem where everything was backing up into the showers and tub. We had called our home warranty company but the person they sent out was unable to help because we didn’t know where our clean out lines were buried in the yard and they were not certified to get up on the roof. So…we called Reddi Services for the second time this week. They have really come to our rescue! Brent Sanderson arrived and said - sure we can get up on the roof but I think it would be much better if we could find your clean out lines that go from the house to the sewer. We investigated the logical spots based on where our neighbors clean outs were located. We could not find them. He dug around the possible bushes where we thought it would be but to no avail. Then he put his line into the clean out location on the side of the house. He sent his line through and it reached a stopping point. Miraculously, he could hear a tapping sound and sure enough, he had found the clean out valve underground! It was buried about 6” under the dirt outside a bedroom window…in a totally different location than any other home on our block. He dug it out and found the other line a foot or two away. His perseverance really saved us! He cleaned out the line from the tree roots that had encroached into the line in a couple of spots. He saved the day! He also resealed the toilet in the house that had been the initial point of leakage. We can’t thank him enough! His professionalism, care, and perseverance were unmatched! Thank you so much! They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. "EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. "Replaced all sewer lines in a 100-year-old house."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
