Until this most recent work done I would have recommended API plumbing in AZ. I dont know if they had new management take over but with how much money and years we have been with them, they DO NOT care about customers and work ethics anymore. They did not complete work we paid for and refuse to make it right saying we are at fault. DO NOT USE API PLUMBING IN ARIZONA

It went Great! Of course the water from the crack surfaced and got noticed on a Friday mid-morning. Getting a plumbing company to send a plumber out yet on Friday was tough. Most plumbing companies do not work on the weekend except for emergencies and much higher rates. I thought we were looking at being without water to our house for a long weekend. Plus several plumbers were all booked up for the following week. API Plumbing was different. Even though I had not been a customer of theirs yet, they felt my families' pain of not having water to the house for days, and they worked to get one of their plumbers to our house late Friday afternoon. They dug out the leak, gave me my options and executed my choice, to repair the existing line. They gave me a quote to repair up front and they honored that quote even when the repair turned out to be more complicated and lengthy. They were understanding, principled, professional and human through the whole process. API Plumbing is my plumber going forward without doubt! Thank You API !!!

I could not be happier with the results. I was thinking they would come and patch up the existing piping but they actually quickly replaced all the faulty piping that was either cracked or detached and replaced it not only with better materials but also a better set-up to make it more secure to avoid future incidents as much as possible. They also gave me such a fair, and honestly great, deal. I expected to pay easily $500 more than I did. They are competitive and fair in their pricing and I will definitely be going with them again for any of my plumbing needs!

The large existing bathroom was split into two bathrooms. The work involved moving walls and reframing, cutting the concrete floor and adding the below floor plumbing for a new toilet and shower in the new bath. API installed a new bathtub plus the hot and cold water plumbing to both rooms. The photos do not do the remodel justice. It turned out wonderful. Bill from API is great to work with.

API is my go-to company. They are great.

In short, it went well, but I paid pretty dearly. I was quoted a price range in the neighborhood of $400 to have a pressure regulator installed at my house. I spoke with the owner Bill on the phone before agreeing to this price, and he explained that a significant portion of the plumbing in front of my house would be reconfigured to accommodate the new pressure regulator. He said that the cost would be pretty much all labor. When Dustin showed up, he managed to install the pressure regulator without otherwise changing anything about the configuration of my plumbing. He left with a $425 payment a mere 30 minutes after showing up. I won't necessarily recommend against doing business with these folks, but I would suggest that you might ask for an hourly rate instead of a quote to solve an entire problem. I probably would have saved $300 that way.

AWESOME!! Very careful with appliances and walls...everything was taped to perfection!! Clean up was 99% perfect, but then again I am a perfectionist!!

STOP! Don't hire any other plumbing company except API! Owner Bill is communicative, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Quick to call back. Had 4 different guys from this company doing various work - all very respectable and they did a great job! Liked them so much had them install softener and repipe old outside piping after bath remodel. Will never use another plumbing company. Will only use API!

Well. They evaluated my "solar window" to estimate my annual unobstructed sunlight that hits my roof and designed a system that would generate roughly the amount of power I use in a year.

Great. The consultation phase included a thorough review of existing infrastructure and then my options were discussed. I purchased the recommended water heater and it was installed guickly on the day and time agreed upon. The service was provided well over a year ago and the water heater continues to perform well.

Everything couldn't have gone better in either of the condos.  This work was done over multiple days and was coordinating with other contractors.  Everyone I have dealt with at API has been extremely professional, helpful and courteous.  I would recommend API to anyone looking for a plumbing contractor.

They are good. I've used them three or four times over the years and I like them. His price is a little bit higher than I expected but it was worth it.

I own a house built in 1950.  The plumbing is relatively old and has been modified over the years.  We had a serious blockage in a line that was causing a everything to back up in the house.  I had a three companies provide estimates.  Two companies wanted to turn my entire front yard into a construction zone.  API came up with a much simpler, efficient, and far less expensive solution. They completed the job in a timely manner.  I'd use them again in heartbeat.
