"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. "Due to water damage a restoration company had to come out and rip out the vanity in the master bedroom. The tech from Rocky Mountain Restoration let me know that there was a leak in the remaining plumbing and advised me to call the plumber to rectify the situation. I had Bumble Bee Plumbing on speed dial because they had stopped the leak behind the wall and re-routed my pipes when the disaster struck. This was a secondary leak not related to the first leak last week but instead due to the vanity being demolished. So I had full confidence that they could help me again. I called Bumble Bee and as usual Sheraya was a delight on the phone. She is not only professional and competent but also a source of positivity when things are going down the drain (pun intended). She sent out Mike, my go to guy, and he came right out and installed a shut off valve and an angle stop. "WOW!!!!! Not only were they punctual, customer service went the extra mile with notification. I received a call an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask if it was OK for the tech to come early, then they sent a message letting me know the technician was enroute with a photo of the tech. Timothy Revilla was very thorough and HONEST! It turned out that the position of the drain due to the house shifting is the cause of my slow draining shower.
