His team showed up early to the appointment, and they were in and out so fast I couldn’t believe they painted the entire house! They even came back and did touch ups after they were done and didn’t charge a thing! The initial quote was exactly what we paid in the end and the price was more than reasonable! 3 Nails Contracting Inc3nails did an outstanding job. Every employee of 3nails was introduced to us prior to work beginning - that was exceptional. Any corrections were made as soon as possible if needed. Each area of construction was addressed with confidence and accuracy. Afterward, extensive cleanup was performed. The garage extension looks like it’s been designed as part of our home for years. Finally, with any construction, there always seem to be the hidden gotchas with demo/tear down prior to rebuilding. Of course, we were no exception. 3nails addressed the issue, tested the problem and continued to build with confidence. As we all know, the devil is in the details. 3nails will always take the dreaded last 10% of a job to satisfied completion. Because of our experience we are hiring 3nails for other major projects. Fantastic. Two guys were at our home for 3 days straight. Worked methodically. Put plastic down and taped everywhere. No dust or spills anywhere. Matt (owner) came over, bid. He came over about a week later with two painters. They worked independently. Was a lot of overhead painting. The job was super professional. Total job cost around $2,000. They did everything expected and were a real pleasure to work with. Would definitely use Matt and Gary & Sons, Inc. again for further interior and exterior painting when needed. A+ all the way!

Jake came out to our house, looked over the project. He called a couple of days later. He didn't have the wallpaper on hand but promised to send us photos of samples and get back to us with a quote. That was three weeks ago, and we never heard back from him or his brother, even after calling once and leaving them a couple of e-mails. Very unprofessional. If they didn't want to do the project for what we were asking, they could easily have called us or wrote us back. They never did. I don't like giving reviews especially when the contractor didn't have the courtesy to get back to us. A D will suffice as they may have been good with others, they weren't very nice nor professional with us.
