We contacted them for a free estimate and they came immediately. The inspector was very friendly and professional and their office was able to send over a quote the same day. The quote we got was very reasonable compared to other ones we got from other companies and we liked that they did both the sewer and the sidewalk, saving us the trouble of dealing with multiple companies. We got the contract and schedule arranged in just a couple of days. The team that did the work was amazing - they were quick and thorough and did most of the work in one day. We knew some of the landscaping had to be dug up for the sewer work but the team tried their best to keep all the plants alive and replanted them after it was done. Unfortunately, we had someone vandalize the concrete overnight but Rooter Solutions was able to repair it without additional charge. Communication throughout the whole process was great and we got our compliance certificates a week after all the work was done. We were very pleased with Rooter Solutions and highly recommend them for anyone who needs sidewalk and/or sewer work

"I spoke with Reggie Navarro of Shoreway Plumbing the morning that my water heater went out. I explained what had happen and he explained to me that it sounds like your Thermocouple was out. He said he could be out to my home later that afternoon. Reggie was on time and confirmed the problem and fixed it. Reggie was professional courteous and didn't try to sell me a new water heater. Earlier that day Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to give me a estimate.
