I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient."

My sewer line was clogged up and he used the snake and camera to show me the roots that were causing the problems . He recommended hydro blasting the line in order to remove roots. He responded within minutos of posting on Angie's list. He was puntual and started the job on a Saturday afternoon and completed on a Sunday ."

Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit.
