He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. "Jay and his crew of Marc, George, Issac and "D" were punctual and communicated with me throughout the troubleshooting process. Jay was able to pinpoint the exact location of my problem using a locator tool. His crew jumped into action and began to dig approximately 5 ft deep to expose the section of sewer pipe that was damaged from tree roots. His crew then removed the damaged section of pipe and perform the repair. Jay performed a leak check of the repair in my presence before closing up the hole. Jay and his crew were polite and very safety conscious. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them for future plumbing needs."

The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."
