The video was supposed to be the same as would be given to the city if it was required. The video required by the city includes the front of the house and house number. Although that video was captured, it didn't make it on the disk. I've called in and asked for the complete DVD which is the reason for the B rating on quality. I'm sure it was an oversight and will be taken care of shortly."
