He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. A job well done!"

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."
