Outstanding job installing a new lateral sewer line for my home. RSC handled all the permit and inspection applications with EBMUD and the city. Application costs were included in the price. No upfront deposit required. It was a large job so I requested multiple quotes. I chose RSC because they provided the best value and they were very responsive in describing what the job entailed. Once the authorization was received from the city they began work immediately. The job required relocation of shrubs which the installation techs took care of. The job took an extra day due to weather and unforeseen obstacles in the ground yet there was no increase in the price. The team lead Hugo was polite, punctual and informative. Job cleanup was excellent. I didn't have to pay until after EBMUD inspection had passed and I was even able to pay using Venmo which was very convenient.

I requested a last minute urgent request for a sewer lateral and side walk repair, and Rooter Solutions of CA was able to fit me into their tight schedule despite being the holidays! The city of Oakland was also unable to accommodate most schedules, but Rooter Solutions made my case a priority and kept their promise of providing the certificates and repairs done before closing the house. We needed our sidewalk and private sewer lateral inspected for a real estate transaction and found Rooter Solutions of California on Yelp. We contacted them for a free estimate and they came immediately. The inspector was very friendly and professional and their office was able to send over a quote the same day. The quote we got was very reasonable compared to other ones we got from other companies and we liked that they did both the sewer and the sidewalk, saving us the trouble of dealing with multiple companies. We got the contract and schedule arranged in just a couple of days. The team that did the work was amazing - they were quick and thorough and did most of the work in one day. We knew some of the landscaping had to be dug up for the sewer work but the team tried their best to keep all the plants alive and replanted them after it was done. Unfortunately, we had someone vandalize the concrete overnight but Rooter Solutions was able to repair it without additional charge. Communication throughout the whole process was great and we got our compliance certificates a week after all the work was done. We were very pleased with Rooter Solutions and highly recommend them for anyone who needs sidewalk and/or sewer work.

We were thrilled with Rooter Solutions of California. Money was being held in an escrow account at the title company to pay Rooter Solutions once the sidewalk work was completed and we had the Sidewalk Certificate of Completion. Without our knowledge the title company paid Rooter Solutions without checking with us or to see if the work had been done. Rooter Solutions called us to say they'd received the funds and did we want to schedule the job. They not only scheduled it but got the job done the next day and dealt with the city in getting the Certificate of Compliance. They kept us informed at each phase and sent us a photo of the completed work. They are professional and honest! We highly recommend Rooter Solutions!
